I'm a documentary based photographer who makes quietly beautiful photographs for couples and families in Warburton and the Yarra Ranges.

Real life rarely looks and feels like the perfectly curated feeds we see on social media. Most of life feels pretty ordinary, but that doesn't make it any less special. In fact, these mundane, boring and predictable days provide the framework for the little moments of magic constantly happening all around us.

My photography is a reflection of the person the last 4 decades of life have made me into- a little funny, kind and full of graceful acceptance that I will never be perfectly put together.

I bring that energy to documenting your story, encouraging you to be your whole self and showing you the beauty authenticity brings.

I found this passion, this obsession in photography in 2005, just before graduation when one of my lecturers, also a photography enthusiast, asked me to photograph his daughters wedding.

That started my over a decade long career photographing life. I‘ve had the privilege of exhibiting my artistic work in Nairobi, New York, Munich, Cologne and Halle(Saale) Germany and worked with the most wonderful clients.

I consider myself a family photographer and yes, this does include weddings. I don't photograph weddings to document the expected things, like the first kiss, or cutting the cake, but for all the genuine moments of connection that make the day so special.
